Cochineal Natural Dyed Wool Yarn, Chrome Mordant

This yarn is hand dyed in our dye room using natural dyes.
Because a dyer can achieve different colors using different mordants and strengths of the dye bath, this skein is pink due to the use of a weaker dye bath of cochineal insects and chrome as a mordant.

As with all hand dyed items, the color may vary though out the skein adding to its character.
