PAYMENT:
We accept Paypal as a payment method.
You do not need a Paypal account, but can pay with credit cards through Paypal.
Payment should be made immediately upon purchase.
We do not hold merchandise for payment.
We can only ship to the Confirmed Paypal address.
We do not ship to an address other than the Confirmed Paypal address and ship only to the person paying for the order.
Please make sure the person placing an order is the same person paying for the order, with the same shipping address.
If this is not done, we can not process the order.
This is protect our customers and us from credit card fraud and identify theft.

TAX: Pennsylvania State Sales Tax applies to any taxable item sent to a Pennsylvania address.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Currently our web site host has a limited combined shipping calculator.
We cheerfully refund any overage in paid shipping charges on multiple item orders.

SHIPPING:
We will ship as soon as possible after receiving payment.
WE ONLY SHIP TO THE PERSON WHO HAS PAID FOR THE ORDER.
Please make sure the person placing an order is the same person paying for the order, with the same shipping address.
If this is not done, we can not process the order through our new system.This also protects our customers and us from credit card fraud and identify theft.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Currently, our shipping prices are based on USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail Shipping with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.
If you order is a small item and can fit in a First Class padded envelope, we have incorporated the cost of the soft pack in the shipping cost.
If it is too big or needs protected by a box, it will be shipped in the appropriate USPS Priority Box or in our box by Priority Mail.
If you order is very large, we will ship it UPS Regular Ground with appropriate insurance.
If your order consists of all books, it may be shipped Media Mail.
We will combine some items, others will have to be shipped alone.
This will be marked in the description and shipping information for that item.

We no longer ship internationally, due to lack of tracking and delivery confirmation.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:
If you have a problem with an item, please contact us immediately.
We need to authorize your return so we know the problem, if you want a refund or exchange, and when to expect your return.Items may be returned in original condition within two weeks of purchase for a refund, excluding shipping charges.
Of course, other problems will be handled on a case by case basis.
If you wish us to cancel an internet sale before it is shipped,in which you placed an order and made payment, if the decision is yours, we will refund the amount less any processing fee that Paypal has charged us for processing the payment. If the decision is ours, we will refund the full amount.
