This hand dyed merino wool is dyed with a variety of colors that resemble those found in the U.S. Southwest Painted Desert.
Merino is the softest wool available.
Once bred by the Spanish, no other country in the world had that quality of wool.
Now everyone can experience the luxury of next to the skin wool.
We have taken our popular unspun merino roving wool and dyed it with acid wool dyes, which are color fast. It looks tie dyed, but is not.
It spins up to a beautiful pastel multicolor yarn.
This wool also felts well.
