The characteristic jade green elegant flat leaves of this tea from the Zhejian province in China produces a tea with a delicate flowery aroma and a yellow green liquor.
There is a dragon's well in that province near West Lake .
Water from this well used in making a cup of this tea supposedly produces the beat tasting Dragonwell tea.

Also know as Longjing Tea is roasted after picking to prevent the leaves from oxidizing and turning black.

The dragon is the king of water in Chinese mythology.

Note: This tea is processed on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat , and soy.
