Berbere Seasoning, Organic
Berbere Seasoning is the main herb and spice blend used in Ethiopian cooking.
It is used to flavor wats which are stews of meat, but is also used to flavor vegetables or lentils.
The flavor is somewhat like that of a fiery blend of barbeque, curry, and southwest spices.
Ingredients: all organic : sea salt, paprika, cayenne, fenugreek, coriander, cumin, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves , ginger, turmeric
