Smoked Paprika, Ground, Capsicum annuum
Smoked Paprika is made by smoking dried ground sweet paprika, usually over oak chips.
Smoked Paprika can be used as a spice for olive oils, frying potatoes, meat rubs, or to add an interesting smoky component to meats and vegetables.
Sweet Paprika is a spice made from ground bell peppers or chili peppers or mixtures of both.
Paprika is used in many cuisines to add color and flavor to dishes, but it is usually associated with Hungary, but also is used in Greek Serbian, Croatian, Romanian, Bulgarian, and Moroccan recipes.
